about me

Mathias is the name. One of the most important things about me is that I love seeing those around me have a great time. Being a DJ means that I get the pleasure to make that happen at your event.

I’ve always had a deep love for entertaining. My intern experience at television stations and competitions in anchoring and video/audio production have brought me to where I am today. Currently I’m Communication Studies student at the University of North Texas, this allows me implement my knowledge from the classroom to ensure any wedding, sweet sixteen, or party runs as smoothly as possible.

You’re reading this now because you’re looking for a DJ that will be a great addition to your party. You’re thinking of someone that will fit what you’ve pictured your reception, sweet sixteen, or event to be. It’s up to me to find what you’ve imagined and bring it to life. Meeting with you is one of the best parts of being a DJ because it gives me an opportunity to learn a bit about your personality, and later the expectations and ideas of what your party ought to be.

EXPERIENCE

I’ve been a DJ for over three years. I started under the wing of Randal Stout and learned so much about how each event is different and special. Before becoming a DJ I interned at Irving Community Television Network where I gained tons of knowledge about entertaining and performing. I’ve also studied video/audio production and participated in various competitions. Studying communications has allowed me to sharpen my ability to communicate effectively and perfect my MC skills. All these play a role in the way I go about being a DJ.

PERSONALITY

I’m fun loving, and it shows, if I wasn’t I wouldn’t be doing what I do. I know I’m not the main event at your party but know that I play integral role in making it a success. My personality includes using the right amount of humor and timing to make sure everyone has and continues to have a good time throughout the evening.
